!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . Nearby and massively turbo'd. Not so big on stance, so I would have to do something about that, but seems like it would be a wicked autocross/DD once I did a bit of tweaking.

I didn't think of that. Since I don't know any way to get you in, I'll just post more pics in the comments.

I want to say CP. Only because 6k. Also voted CP because saying that something is a drift car is the biggest keyword when knowing you're about to be ripped off. Seriously. Look for a 240sx. Get one without engines, dash, seats, or windows, but its priced at 4k because herp derp potential durifto car here.

Just posted more pics in the comments; this seems like, surprisingly, it may actually be a real drift car. Do I want that? Absolutely not, but it implies an upgraded and potentially adjustable suspension, power, and better brakes. So possibly a great Autocross car.

Cool, I'd love to see more pics. Is the chassis any good for autocross? Is there any aftermarket support for that model? I know there's IPD, but I don't know much about Volvos.

Very good find. Sounds like he'd maybe take around $5k, potentially lower with some good bargaining. I appreciate it

What's the diff? Welded or LSD? If LSD, then sure possible NP. If welded, then CP. Also, did they swap the engine?

Indianapolis. So actually nowhere near me (CT). Here's a link to the ad for the same car on craigslist, with all the build

Never mind. I just saw the CL posting Bandit posted. All that work? NP. I like it.

I vote NP. The craigslist ad was well done for the type of car it is. I would just double check that everything he's saying is true when looking at the car, but he's definitely got more in it than he's asking.

It seems like the suspension was mostly built with drifting in mind, "Late model 89+ rear axle with locking differential, Upgraded front lower control arms, Solid link pillow mount suspension arms throughout the rear suspension, adjutable solid link panhard rod too, Custom built for this chassis front coilovers with 6k springs, Custom valved rear shocks and 6k rear springs."

The 240's had pretty good aftermarket support as far as I know, but the issue is not so many of them were purpose-built besides the 240 "Flathood" Turbos. Most of the 240s you find nowadays have 200k miles, are $2500, and look like they're on their last leg.

It was a short wheelbase, RWD "sports car," so it could be decent at autocross. Plus, this has POWER and brembos, so how bad could it be?

Plus, I've always loved the look of 240s

Pictures are in the comments

Engine is from a 245, so technically its more of a replacement than a swap considering its basically just the engine from the newer, barely-changed model. However, the turbo is not so stock. Diff is "Locking," which he/she says is from a Late Model '89+. I don't know my 240s well enough to know the features from model to model, but it does seem to imply a locking diff

If this is sold in Indiana, I know the guy. Met him on a buddy's porch randomly. Everything he said about it seemed to be really well done, he knew a lot of the car guys around too. If I remember right, it's been in his family since it was bought. Real cool car.
